Head of the Directorate for policies and regulations in the field of information society and digital economy - Ministry of Economy and Infrastructure of the Republic of Moldova

With a background starting from 2005 in development of policies in the field of information society and IT industry, he evolved from the position of coordinating specialist in the Ministry of Information Development to Deputy Head of Directorate at the Ministry of ICT, and since October 2017 - Head of Information Society and Digital Economy Directorate in the Ministry of Economy and Infrastructure. Was directly responsible for drafting the legislation and creating the first virtual park "Moldova IT Park". He participated in the elaboration of the Strategy for increasing the competitiveness of the IT industry and the Strategy for the development of the IT industry and the ecosystem for digital innovation 2018-2023, Law for electronic signatures and electronic documents.
