Director of the Public foundation “Civil Initiative on Internet Policy”, initiator of the Central Asian IGFAn innovator and public figure who has contributed to the institutional, legal and social development in the field of ICT, improving the business climate and economic growth in the ICT sector of the Kyrgyz Republic. She has led many policy processes and redrafting of legislation on lawful intercept, independent media and privacy. She served as an advisor to three Kyrgyz presidents, and has co-convened workshops and executed projects with a wide range of stakeholders including the Regional Commonwealth of Communications (ITU), OECD, UNDP, UNESCO, USAID, Google, and others. She is actively involved in the formation of a regional policy for regulating ICT in the CIS countries. CEO of The Public Foundation "Civil Initiatives on Internet Policy", initiator and founder of the public platform Kyrgyz Information Technology Forum (KIT Forum), the annual Central Asian Internet Governance Forum CAIGF.
